Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking your appointment you will have been asked to provide credit/debit card details to secure your appointment.If you do not show for your appointment and do not give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, there will be a charge of £10.00 for every half hour appointment to your card.
A letter with your card receipt attached will be sent to you when this charge has been processed.
We will not hold your card details longer than is necessary and will be disposed of securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998).
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation or treatment, there is no charge.
Confidentiality Policy
The client shall not at any time whether before or after the termination of the service divulge or use any unpublished technical information deriving from the Company or any other confidential information in relation to the company's affairs or business method of carrying on business.General Terms & Definitions
Company: Laser Clinic.Client: Any legal person or body corporate whose Order is accepted by the Company.
Contract: Any contract for the supply of Goods or Services by the Company to the Customer.
Goods: Any goods forming the subject of this contract including parts and components of or materials incorporated in them.
Services: Any services forming the subject of this contract.
Quotation: Quotations by the Company unless otherwise stated in them shall be open for acceptance in 30 days of the date of the quotation.
Lasers & The Law
You may not know that The Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 requires any person using lasers or Intense Pulsed Light (IPL or LHE) to:- Be Inspected by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA)
- Comply with the Regulations and Standards
- Display a certificate of Registration with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA)
The purpose of this legislation is to ensure:
- Safety and quality: Laser/IPL users must always put the client's safety first
- Accountability: There must be an individual who will take responsibility for ensuring that regulations and standards are fulfilled
- Information: Laser/IPL users must provide clear and accurate
Information - Consistency: A consistent standard of care must be provided
Any Laser/IPL provider that is not registered is operating illegally and may be operating without valid insurance.
You should ask any laser/IPL provider that you are considering:
- Are you registered with the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) as required by the Health and Personal Social Services
- Have you been inspected by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA)?
- Do you have a certificate of registration?
- Will I be able to see a copy of the inspection report?
- Do you have a Patients Guide that I can look at?
You also have a right to enquire of the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) whether any laser/IPL provider is registered and whether they are complying with the requirements of the Act.

Refund Policy
For product purchases if the client is not satisfied with the product within 14 days a full refund will be given.For service purchases there are no refunds.
All clients are legally entitled to see a copy of their treatment notes. A £10 administration fee applies to attaining a copy of all written notes held at Laserway Cosmetic Laser Clinic.
Unfortunately, photos cannot be released to clients unless specifically requested during the consultation stage or prior to treatment.
